Wincanton or Bristol delft blue & white floral plate with decorators mark

A rare marked English tinglazed Plate made in Wincanton or Bristol. The unusual pencilled decoration and floral border is reminiscent of a Wincanton Bowl dated 1758 illustrated in English Delftware by F H Garner illustrated in the last two images. To the reverse a mark of an I, P or a 2 with 4 dashes.
