UNUSUAL 19th C. CHINESE BLUE & WHITE 11.5 PLATTER with CELADON GLAZE, FLOWER CART

Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely hand painted Chinese export blue and white porcelain platter with Celadon glaze, c. Unusual octagonal shape platter featuring deep cobalt enameling with celadon glaze on a white porcelain ground. Intricate design with large flower cart and elaborate all-over floral decoration with bird above. White exterior with under glaze cobalt enameled design on four sides, double cobalt bands around base.

Measures 1 5/8" high, 11 1/2" long and 9 1/2 wide. The platter is in excellent condition no chips or cracks, one very minor nick on bottom base edge (see photos) no other noted damage or flaws.
