Lovely set 17 Antique Spode Copeland Cobalt Blue White Gilt Plates. Presented is a fantastic set of 17 antique porcelain plates. These plates were made by Spode Copelands and date to the late 1800s or early 1900s.

The plates are cobalt blue and white, with sumptuous gilt detailing. The rims of the plates have a fine foliate border between raised gilt beadwork. This set of plates is in good overall condition. Four of the plates have a minor chip to the rim, as you can see in the seventh photo.

These chips are photographed very close up, please be advised that they are much less noticeable in person. There are no other chips, no cracks, no breaks, and no repairs. Each plate is signed Spode Copelands China, England, and with the retail mark for Davis Collamore & Co of New York.
