During the porcelain boom of the late 17th c Chinese potters and painters started working again with the shapes and style of the Ming and transitional period Kraak wares. Resulting in very finely potted Kangxi kraak wares. Based on the Kraak klapmuts bowls as shown in "Maura Rinaldi - Kraak Porcelain" Type V.
