Henshall & Co Pearlware Blue & White Dam & Waterworks Philadelphia Plate C1820
This pearlware dinner plate was made by Henshall & co , circa 1820 , and bears the name of the scene The Dam and waterworks Philadelphia , on the edge of the back. It is decorated with a blue and white transfer-print and measures 10 in diameter. It is in good condition with just two small nibbles on the footrim , from when it was made , there is no glaze crazing.
