HAVILAND GDA Limoges Schleiger 189 Blue & White Flowers Brushed Gold Salad Plate Set of 12. Offering a beautiful set of twelve (12) salad plates by CH Field, Haviland/GDA Limoges in the Schleiger pattern #189. Pattern has white and blue flowers with brushed gold trim on a scalloped rim. Backs are stamped CH FIELD HAVILAND LIMOGES in red circle, GDA FRANCE in green and LONDON CROCKERY Co. Charles F Haviland was the nephew of David Haviland and opened his own company in the late 1800's in competition with his uncle's Haviland & Company.

Later Charles joined with GDM (Gerard, Dufraisseix and Morel). Plates measure 7 3/8 in diameter. In very good condition free of chips cracks or repairs except for one plate that has a small chip to the rim as shown: light wear to the trim commensurate with age and use. A wonderful addition to any Limoges collection!
