Date back of plate OCT 24 02. Outer edge scalloped, mainly white and embossed with tiny flowers and scrolls.

Dark flow daisy like flower with leaves. Medallion design with triangles and heart shape scrolls off plate edge. Aside from maker mark plate has a "C" and a 8 mark. Three ruff areas stack marks over glazed.
