Circa 1891 to 1902 brown backstamp mark... This tapering Tear Drop form vase has a small top rim opening with gold trim - The blue and white background is a light blue on the top of vase tapering down to a pale blue and white with the scenic design in darker shades of blue of the Salisbury Cathedral.. This lovely Vase measures approximately 8.5 inches (21.6cm) with a 2.75 inch (6.985cm) base diameter.. The small fluted opening is. 5 inch (1.27cm) outer rim diameter. Back stamp in brown states Burslem - Doulton - England - was in use from 1891 until 1902.... Impressed numbers 6620 and Doulton - in blue ink AW98341...

Light signs of previous use should be expected consistent with age, Overall condition is very nice - minimal micro scratches, rub with the exception of a possibility of firing defect to the glaze - some glaze crazing is might be slightly present. There might be reflections on the surface of the vase showing in the pics... Just re-package in its original packaging materials, box and insured (or similar in size).. The items I sell are vintage, antique pieces and have been previously owned - these are not new store bought items... I also do my best to give detailed information on the vintage items. Keep in mind they are vintage (old) and will have flaws.
