Painted in underglaze blue in Chinese style with bamboo and peony, within a flower head panelled diaper border, unmarked. I have been interested in early English porcelain ever since my mother had an antique shop in Shropshire in the 1970s. I deal in all kinds of English porcelain but specialise in Caughley and early Coalport (both from Shropshire, like me).

I also have a good stock of other early English factories, usually including pieces from Worcester, Chelsea, the Liverpool manufacturers, Newhall, Derby, Bow, Lowestoft, Spode, Minton and Davenport. Please feel free to contact me about any item for additional information or any category of English porcelain you are interested in not yet listed on E-bay.

The description of each item is given with my best endeavours. Sometimes attributions of items change as academic knowledge extends. Condition reports are based on visual observations.

Please also check photographs carefully.
