Bow Chinese Pagoda & River Scene Blue & White Dessert Plate 2 C1760-65
This porcelain dessert plate , was made at Bow , circa 1760-65 , and bears the Bow mock Chinese mark , on the base. It is decorated with handpainted blue and white Chinese pagodas and river scenes , within a powder blue border. It measures 7 1/4 in diameter and is in good condition with no chips , cracks or restoration , there three evenly spaced stilt marks around the edge , some small speckles of kiln dust on part of the back edge , and a small glaze flaw on the back edge , all from when it was made.
