Antique Utzschneider Flow Blue & Gilt Persian Moss Handled Serving Plate Germany

Late 1800's to early 1900's. Minor signs of wear due to age - some discoloration in the blue areas - small specks of blue paint that were fired into the creation process - please see photos.
