Antique Shore Coggins & Holt - Pekin Plum 19 Piece China Tea Set - Purple Willow. Glorious white scallop shaped porcelain china set with a hand coloured willow pattern design featuring birds, florals etc. All items are in great usable condition with no damage.
Produced by Shore, Coggins & Holt, Edensor Works, Longton, Staffordshire who produced china &. A damaged tea plate (not included in this set) was the only item that had a backstamp to confirm the maker - This is a rare set but we have researched and found a few items that gave us the Pekin Plum name. 6 x Cups - 5cm high and 9cm across top rim to rim. Capacity is 165ml filled to rim.
6 x Saucers - 13.5cm across. 6 x Side Plates - 17cm across. 1 x Milk Jug - 12cm high and 14cm long from spout to handle. Has a few small brown age spots including a line by the handle which appears to be stained crazing and not from damage (see photo).
Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or damage - Most items have very fine crazing mainly to plates & saucers & does not effect use - only. On very close inspection - See photos.
