Antique Royal Bonn Delft Plate Franz Anton Mehlem Raised Design Blue White 1890s

This beautiful porcelain decorative plate from the 1870's to 1890's by Franz Anton Mehlem in Royal Bonn Delft made in Germany with blue on white featuring a Dutch Windmill measures 9 ½" wide, by 10" deep and 4 high at the handle and weighs 1 pound, 7 ounces. It is in fine condition with two small chips on the back and one very small chip on the handle tip (see photos).
