An antique blue and white plate in the "Native" pattern made by William Adams of Staffordshire, England. The pattern shows two women talking to a fisherman he has had a good catch, there is a large fish on the ground behind him! Identifying Marks / Makers Marks. Marked on the reverse as shown in the photos. Age / date of manufacture.
Measures 10 3/8 (26.4cm) in diameter. Item is in good undamaged condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Has all over crazing, this is clean on the front of the plate, there is some light brown staining on the reverse (please see the photographs).
Has some tiny pinprick holes in the glaze on the front of the plate.
