Antique COPELAND & GARRETT Late Spode Blue Transferware ARMORIAL Soup Plate
[EL36] A fine pearlware glazed, blue transferware armorial soup plate, the border from Spode's Buffalo pattern, with central coat of arms of the Glover family of Norfolk. Printed Copeland & Garrett mark used c1833-47 and the provenance of three collections - Worlock, Fisk and lately the Kentish collection, with labels affixed. 8.75"/22.2cm diameter x 1.5"/3.8cm deep. It is in excellent condition - just a tiny edge flake, as shown.
No crazing or discolouration and no damage or restoration. Descriptions are backed up by images so you can make the most informed decision possible.
