Antique Chinese egg roe crackle Brush Pot Blue White underglaze Fisherman Boat

Antique Late Qing Dynasty Porcelain Brush Pot Very nicely drawn scene of fisherman in boat with overhanging Rocks, birds and trees. Egg roe crackle glaze with Blue and white underglaze. Calligraphy on base that I could not decipher. Calligraphy in Red ink/paint stamped on base also. There are similar red color spots on front above the fisherman's head which I did not try to remove. There is a fair size chip on the bottom back edge. There are 3 or 4 tight hairlines of varying length.
