Antique Blue & White Plate Fallow Spotted Deer Bovey Tracey Pottery Devon Ca1820

This gorgeous, pearlware schizophrenic plate is driving me crazy! I KNOW it's fallow deer, but who the heck made it? It's totally chinoiserie with more detail than you can imagine. You have these two sweet deer surrounded by all this surreal scenery and houses and pagodas....... Then, there's this border that makes me dizzy; I'm not even going to try to describe it. It's early and it's top quality; the condition is amazing. There are two minute fleabites under the rim, some cutlery marks on the front and oddly also on the back and that's it; no chips, crazing only by one of the fleabites, no hairlines, no cracks, no deep cutlery marks.
