Wedgwood Columbia College Plates Blue and White Transferware Set of 9 Dinner. Vintage 1930's Wedgwood porcelain dinner plates made especially for Columbia University. College Plates were first produced for Harvard in 1927 with a set of 12 views of the university.

By 1930 these plates were extremely popular and many colleges had them produced as well. This set includes nine 10-3/4 plates: All plates are in overall excellent condition, each with very light crazing. Originally a set of 12, this set is missing plates 2,3, & 4.
