This listing is for an antique Chinese export warming plate with a lovely blue and white Asian scene featuring pagodas and streams, trees and people. This plate is in very good condition for its age. There is a chip on the spout which isn't as noticeable as it might otherwise be, both because of its placement and because some prior owner appears to have taken some sort of a blue coloring device a marker? Keep your sharpies away from your antiques people!

Expect to see some age-related wear, especially one spot on the white interior rim where the glaze has chipped away. We've taken some close up pictures for you, so take a look at these. There are no cracks or crazing; the blue is vivid and the piece displays beautifully. The plate is 10 inches in diameter, not including its spout and steam holes and is 2 5/8 inches tall.
