17th C. Chinese Wanli Ming / Transitional Kraak Blue and White Charger / Dish

Chinese Wanli Ming / Transitional Kraak Blue and White Charger / Dish. Approximate Date: Chongzhen 1644 - 1661. Approximate Size: 37 cm / 14.5 in diameter. The charger is really nicely decorated with a bird on a rock in the central panel, the cavetto is painted with alternating panels of flowers and various scholars motifs separated with small panels of geometric designs.

It has an old repair, which has been a virtually clean break, except for this there is just some minor fritting, there is no other damage or repairs to it. All this is clearly shown in my photos. Please view all photos carefully for the overall condition.
